Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vigood Solartek, our goal is to provide you with a smooth, transparent, and satisfying experience when purchasing solar-panel stands, installation kits, and other solar-energy products. This page explains how cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds work for purchases made through our website.
1. Delivery Information
● All orders are shipped via our trusted courier partner to ensure safe and timely delivery.
● Standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 working days from the date of successful payment, barring any extreme weather, force-majeure or logistic disruption.
● When you receive your order: please record a clear, unedited video or snap photographs of the delivered package (while unopened). This helps us if any damage, shortage or mismatch arises.
● The delivery cost is already included in your order. You do not need to pay any extra amount for delivery.
2. Order Cancellation
Before dispatch
● Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with no cancellation charges.
Please notify us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp, quoting your Order Number.
If a customer refuses delivery or declines to accept shipment after dispatch, a 35% deduction will apply and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• In case of unavoidable reasons (including change of mind, incorrect details, etc.), the same 35% cancellation fee will apply.
• Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account within 7 working days of confirmation.
● Once an order has been shipped but is still in transit, cancellations will attract a 35% cancellation fee of the total order value.
After dispatch
● Once the order has been shipped but is still in transit, you may request cancellation. In that case, a cancellation fee of 35% of the order value will apply.
● If you refuse or do not accept delivery after dispatch, the same 35% deduction will be applied and the remainder refunded.
● Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7 working days after we approve the cancellation.
3. Product Replacement
● We do not provide cash refunds for used or installed products. Instead, we offer replacements in the following scenarios:
The product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong model, size, or specifications).
The product delivered is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
● The product must still be in its original, unopened packaging, with serial numbers and accessories intact.
● Installation or usage of the product invalidates the replacement eligibility unless the defect was caused before installation.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for product returns. Only replacement will be provided in eligible cases.
5. Product Returns
Eligible returns
We accept returns (for replacement only) under these conditions:
● You contact us within 24 Hours of delivery.
● The product is in complete original condition — unopened, original packaging, manuals, cables, accessories and invoice intact.
● You provide a clear delivery-video/photo proof taken upon receipt.
Non-eligible returns
Returns will not be accepted if:
● The request comes after 24 Hours of delivery.
● The product has been used or installed.
● Original packaging, accessories, manuals or invoice are missing.
● Serial number is missing or altered.
● Consumable items, accessories or items already installed.
Return procedure
1. Send email to sales@vigoodsolartek.com or call our support line quoting your Order Number and issue details.
2. Our courier partner arranges pickup; if your pin-code is beyond courier coverage, we may ask you to ship it back yourself and we’ll reimburse freight charges upon approval.
3. We inspect the returned item; if eligible, a replacement is dispatched within 7 working days. If replacement cannot be arranged, refund rules apply.
