Returns & Cancellation Policy

We at VIGOOD SOLARTEK Pvt. Ltd. are committed to providing a seamless and satisfying customer experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, we’ve outlined our return, refund, and cancellation policies below.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order: You can cancel your order without any charges.
  • After 24 hours or if the product is in transit: Cancellations will attract a 10% cancellation fee.

Return Eligibility:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed in the same payment method used during the purchase within 7 working days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—processing time may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take a few days to reflect.
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@vigoodsolartek.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send an email to sales@vigoodsolartek.com and ship the item to Plot No. 21/1, Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana, 121003.


Transit Damage Policy

We ensure that all items are packed carefully and shipped via trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express. In case your order gets damaged during transit, we will offer the following resolution:

  • Minor Damage: 20% of the product value will be refunded.
  • Major Damage: 50% of the product value will be refunded.

Wrong Item Delivery

If you receive the wrong item:

  1. The incorrect item will be taken back.
  2. Once the item reaches our warehouse, the full amount will be refunded.
  3. You may also place a fresh order to receive the correct product immediately.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation While in Transit
    Once the product is dispatched and in transit, cancellations will attract a 10% cancellation charge.

  2. Cancellations Due to Unavoidable Reasons
    If your order has been generated and partially paid, cancellation will attract a 10% charge of the total product value.

  3. Cancellation Due to Non-Performance of Solar System
    The efficiency of a solar system depends on several factors like local electricity availability, installation quality, and electrical parameters. Once the system is installed, it cannot be returned or taken back. We recommend ensuring proper installation and maintenance for optimal performance.


Shipping Instructions for Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • Customers will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For products valued above ₹1,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid any loss during transit. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
