We at Vigood Solartek are committed to delivering your solar-panel stands and installation kits reliably and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains the timeframes, costs, process, and expectations for shipping orders made through our website.
1. Order Processing
● Once payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order.
● Standard processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) unless stated otherwise.
● If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, processing will start the next business day.
● Processing may take longer (for instance 3–5 business days) during high-demand periods or logistics disruptions; we will notify you if this is the case.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
● After processing, orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners across India.
● Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location (metro vs. remote).
● For areas outside major cities or on islands/remote regions, delivery may take up to 14 business days.
● We will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor progress.
● Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. External factors like weather, natural disaster, courier partner delays, customs (for international), etc., can affect timing.
3. Shipping Costs
● Free delivery is available on all orders placed through Vigood Solartek Pvt Ltd Solar Shop Online.
● The price you see on the website is the final price—inclusive of all applicable taxes, with no hidden costs.
● Our wide delivery network ensures that your order reaches you, no matter where you are located in India.
● We deliver PAN India
● For international shipping (if applicable): shipping cost, customs duty, import taxes or local fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless specifically stated otherwise.
4. Shipping Regions & Restrictions
● We ship to all major pin codes across India. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and may request alternate shipping or suggest self-shipment to our warehouse.
● PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and some remote/tribal regions may be excluded or may incur additional handling time.
● At present (or specify if you do/ do not): We do / do not ship outside India. If we do: international orders must handle customs clearance, duties & taxes, and may experience longer delivery times.
5. Order Tracking & Notifications
● Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email and/or WhatsApp message containing the tracking number and link to the courier’s portal.
● You can track the status of your delivery using that link.

6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If you receive your order and the package is visibly damaged or the contents are missing / incorrect, please record a video or take clear photos of the condition before opening and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
In case you notice any issue after accepting the product, ensure you mention the problem in the Proof of Delivery (POD) document and contact our support team immediately.
● In case of lost-in-transit orders (courier confirms non-delivery), we will investigate and either re-ship or refund as per our Return & Refund policy.
● Significant delays (beyond 14 business days without update) should be reported to us. We will liaise with the courier and keep you informed.
● Please note: delays due to natural disaster, public holiday, logistic strikes, customs clearance (for international orders) are beyond our direct control.
7. Additional Notes
● Oversized or heavy items (for example solar panel stands) may require lift-gate delivery or two-person handling at the delivery address. We will inform you if this applies and any extra charges involved.
● If you change your shipping address after order placement (and dispatch has not yet occurred), please contact us immediately. If the courier incurs redirection charges, these will be charged to you.
● For split shipments (different items in different batches) you will receive a tracking number for each batch and shipping charges may apply accordingly.
● We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The version on our website will show the “Last updated” date at the bottom.
