Poorly engineered, does not fit together

Poorly engineered, does not fit together. Send me wrong sized legs, also solar panel clamps are not wide enough so that it slips through the purlin's. Also The item send to me is not shown in the pictures, it seems purlin/rafter jointers are removed and there appears only one screw hole to connect purlin to rafter. No assembling instructions or videos provided.
